Slate bed: manufacturing defect — 24 months from delivery
Frame / structure: defect under normal residential use — 12 months
Cloth & cushions: wear items — 90 days manufacturing defect only

Shipping damage not reported within 7 days of delivery
Misuse, commercial venue wear, unauthorized modification
Natural cloth wear, chalk staining, or improper storage humidity

Claims

Email photos and order reference to [email protected]. We ship replacement parts when possible to avoid full table returns. Final warranty terms appear on your sales agreement at purchase.
